Short version: book with a deposit, cancel free up to 7 days before arrival, swim well, follow your instructor, and treat the house like home. The formal version follows.
A booking request sent through this website, by email or via WhatsApp is an enquiry, not a confirmed reservation. Your place is confirmed once we reply confirming availability and you pay the deposit described in your booking confirmation. We will always confirm dates, services and the total price in writing before any payment is due.
All prices are quoted in euros (€) per person or per night as indicated on the relevant page. The price includes only the services explicitly listed on the package page. The remaining balance is payable on arrival at the surf house (cash in euros or dirhams, or card where available) unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Plans change — we get it, the swell changes too. Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival for a full refund of any deposit. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival forfeit the deposit but it can be transferred once to alternative dates within 12 months, subject to availability. No-shows and early departures are not refundable.
If we must cancel or significantly change your booking for reasons within our control, we will offer you alternative dates or a full refund, whichever you prefer. Ocean conditions are natural: where weather or swell makes specific sessions unsafe or impossible, we will always propose a safe alternative (another spot, another activity or another day) — this does not constitute a cancellation.
Surfing is an ocean sport with inherent risks. You must be able to swim, inform us of any medical condition relevant to participation, and follow the instructions of our instructors and guides at all times. We may decline participation to anyone whose behaviour endangers themselves or others. For minors, a parent or guardian must be present or have signed a disclaimer.
We strongly recommend that every guest has travel insurance covering surfing and their stay in Morocco. Guests joining guided sessions must confirm they hold appropriate coverage; rental equipment must be treated with reasonable care.
The surf house is our home and we ask you to treat it that way: rooms are available from check-in on arrival day until midday on departure day (unless otherwise agreed), shared spaces are shared, and quiet hours start at 23:00. Smoking is not permitted indoors.
We take every reasonable care to keep you safe and well-fed, but we accept no liability for injury, loss or damage arising from the natural risks of ocean sports, or for losses not caused by our own negligence. Our liability, where established, is limited to the price paid for the service concerned.
These terms are governed by Moroccan law, and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Agadir, Morocco — though we will always try to sort things out with a conversation and a glass of mint tea first. Last updated: September 2026.
