When you make a booking enquiry or contact us we collect the information you choose to share: your name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, travel dates, the service you are interested in and the content of your message. If you subscribe to our newsletter we store your email address. Like most websites, our server may also record technical data such as browser type and pages visited for security and statistics purposes.
We use your personal data only to respond to enquiries, organise your booking or stay, arrange transfers and communicate with you before, during and after your visit. Newsletter subscribers receive occasional emails about waves, offers and news from Taghazout — every newsletter contains an unsubscribe link.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not share your details with anyone except service providers strictly necessary to deliver your booking (for example the hammam or transport partners you book through us), and only the details they need to provide that service.
